About the Class:

This nurturing class is designed specifically for new mothers to regain strength, core connection and confidence after childbirth and ease common aches & pains of early motherhood. Through gentle pilates exercises and fun, flowing dance movements (baby in carrier optional!) You'll reawaken your body and mind to feel amazing in your own skin.

What to Expect:

  • restorative, core-building pilates: low-impact exercises to strengthen your core, pelvic floor, and back muscles.
  • fun, freeing dance: easy-to-follow, baby acrrier-friendly dance movements to improve posture, balance, and coordination.

About the Instructor, Annie:

Hey there, I’m Annie Rodriguez, mover, mama and founder of Intero Pilates.

I’ve always loved movement and its power to connect people to themselves, their communities and divine wisdom. As a dancer, I learned the transformative power of Pilates and barre for body, mind, and freedom of movement . As a new mother, these movement practices helped me to take control of my health and wellbeing as my life and body turned upside down. Now, I am passionate about sharing these life-changing techniques with others so they can connect to their bodies and realize their unique strength, confidence, deep health, and fitness goals - now, and for the long run.

With a blend of top-level classical training in Pilates, formal education and a career in dance, I can help you strengthen, increase your mobility, improve your posture and energy, and learn to take control of your wellness, longevity, and delight in your body.
